A small business runs on dozens of moving parts: deadlines, risks, decisions, documents, partners, and cash. I designed and built two connected tools with AI-assisted development so that all of it lives in one place, with clear owners, clean data, and decision-ready reporting.

The Problem
Too many systems, no single source of truth
Work lived across email threads, spreadsheets, folders, and memory. Deadlines were tracked in one place, risks in another, and documents in a third. The questions that mattered most, such as what needs attention today, which version is current, and how much runway is left, took time to answer and were easy to get wrong.

Design
Defined controlled values, owners, and one record per item.
Build
Developed with AI assistance, from process design to working software.
Validate
Tested against real workflows and edge cases like duplicate imports.
Improve
Shipped iterative releases through version 3.3.1.
Why It Matters
The same discipline I applied to a $300M+ federal subcontract portfolio: learn the work, find the gaps, build the system, and teach people to use it.
If your team is buried in spreadsheets, email approvals, and version confusion, I would love to talk.
"Excellence is never an accident; it is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, skillful execution and the vision to see obstacles as opportunities."
